She’s right, but she told only part of the story. - se referea la doar la structura metroului bucurestean si la reteaua de tramvaie din oras. Desi, pe ansamblu, suntem cu totii (sau, coplesitoarea majoritate, mindestens) dezamagiti de ce este/cum arata/cum functioneaza Bucurestiul, am putea, din cand in cand sa recunoastem realizarile incidentale de care (inca) mai suntem capabili fara sa mai fim putin rautaciosi. In fond, daca un american vede un element al Bucurestiului ca pe un model pentru Washington…de ce nu, right?
